Independent Sales Representative Positions

InclusionMD is currently hiring full- and part-time medical sales executives in Michigan. If you have medical sales experience and are looking to earn extra income as an independent sales executive, we welcome the opportunity to work together. This commission-based position is flexible and provides competitive compensation through one of the following commission plans:

Plan 1 – Lead Generator

If you have established contacts, friends or clients that are interested in using any of our products, this option allows you to earn lifetime commissions by simply providing us with the clients contact information. If we qualify and close any sales on your behalf, we will manage and service the account from A-to-Z and provide you with 5% commissions on net margins for any sale made on behalf of your lead. For more profitable clients, commissions can reach as high as 10%. By maximizing your leads and reaching out to your direct contacts, this sales style is flexible and accommodating.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Introduce clients to our products and website
  • Encourage customers to create an account on InclusionMD.com
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Submit leads and generate referral codes through our Sales Portal

Plan 2 – B2B Sales Executive

If you have more than 3 years of medical sales experience and prefer to manage your own clients and accounts, this option may be more suitable for you. As the primary point of contact for any clients you refer to us, you will earn up to 25% of net margins for any sales you generate on behalf of InclusionMD. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to provide exceptional customer service and solidify client relationships. This sales style demands more time and effort and requires you to have established relationships with physicians, dentists, surgeons, or other medical specialists we cater to. Nonetheless, your schedule is equally flexible in that you set your own hours.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 3 or more years of medical sales experience
  • Established relationships with Ortho, Dental, Foot/Ankle, OB/GYN, PCP, Derm and other
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Microsoft products and CRM

A Hub for Medical Account Executives

InclusionMD is simply a resource hub for Medical Sales Executives to grow and strengthen their independent sales business. We provide medical products and client services to provide quality support and help meet your goals. Notwithstanding which commission structure you choose, as a member of our team, you will have access to the following resources after your first sale:

  • Marketing supplies (business cards, trifolds, product brochures)

  • Sales scripts and leads

  • CRM access with access to leads in your territory

  • HIPAA, OSHA and Vendormate

  • Sales Training and Product Webinars

Payment Schedule

Lead Generators and Account Executives are paid monthly on the 1st day of each month. Each commissioned representative of InclusionMD will have access to our Online Sales Portal where they can keep track of sales and commissions. After registering through our Sales Portal and entering your lead or prospective account, you will be provided with a referral code. Payments are issued after all products have been paid for by the customer, are shipped to their destination, and after the 30-day return period has expired. As previously mentioned, all commissions are for the lifetime of an account.
